Where does TechWithSwag currently ship?
TechWithSwag currently ships within the United States only.
We plan to expand to additional countries in the future after completing our initial launch phase.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Each TechWithSwag product is made to order. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
After production, our current shipping options are:
Standard Shipping — $4.75
Approximately 3–5 business days in transit.
Estimated total delivery time, including production: approximately 5–10 business days.
Express Shipping — $8.99
Approximately 1–3 business days in transit.
Estimated total delivery time, including production: approximately 3–8 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by holidays, carrier delays, or product availability.
Why does my order take a few days to ship?
Our products are printed specifically for each order. This allows us to offer original designs without mass-producing inventory.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each product is printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for selecting the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, ordering the wrong product, or changing your mind after placing an order.
Please review the size guide and product details carefully before completing your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@techwithswag.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your request.
Can I cancel or update my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@techwithswag.com.
We may be able to update or cancel an order before it enters production. Once production has started, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately at support@techwithswag.com.
We may be able to update the address before production or shipping begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order enters fulfillment.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Can I use Express Shipping for a PO Box or military address?
No. Express Shipping is not available for PO Boxes or military addresses.
Please select Standard Shipping instead.
Why is my phone number required during checkout?
A phone number may be needed by the delivery carrier, particularly for Express Shipping orders or if there is an issue with delivery.
What should I do if my order is late or appears to be lost?
Check your tracking information first.
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date or your tracking has not updated for an extended period, email us at support@techwithswag.com with your order number.
Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Can items from the same order arrive separately?
Yes. Some items may be fulfilled or packaged separately. If your order is split into multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
