At TechWithSwag, every product is made to order. Please review the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Clear photos showing the problem
Once we review your request, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate. In most cases, you will not need to return the defective item.
Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@techwithswag.com.
Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will review the tracking information and work with our fulfillment provider to resolve the issue.
Returns, Exchanges, and Change-of-Mind Requests
Because our products are printed specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@techwithswag.com.
We may be able to update or cancel an order before it enters production. Once production has started, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
If an order is returned because the address was incomplete, incorrect, or the package was not claimed, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process and display the refund. Processing times can vary depending on your financial institution.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@techwithswag.com.
Return Shipping
Do not send products back without contacting us first.
If a physical return is required, we will provide the appropriate instructions after reviewing your request. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
