Shipping Availability
TechWithSwag currently ships to customers within the United States only.
We are starting with a United States-focused launch so that we can provide a reliable fulfillment and delivery experience. Additional countries may be added in the future.
Made-to-Order Production Time
Each TechWithSwag product is made to order.
Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for your order to be printed, prepared, and packed before it ships. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.
Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by product availability, order volume, holidays, or carrier delays.
Shipping Options
We currently offer the following shipping methods within the United States:
Standard Shipping — $4.75

Transit time after production: approximately 3–5 business days

Estimated total delivery time, including production: approximately 5–10 business days
Express Shipping — $8.99

Transit time after production: approximately 1–3 business days

Estimated total delivery time, including production: approximately 3–8 business days

Express Shipping is not available for PO Boxes or military addresses
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after the carrier receives the package.
Multiple Packages
Some orders may arrive in separate packages. This can happen when items are fulfilled from different locations or need to be packaged separately.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Please double-check your street number, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP code, and phone number before completing your order.
If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately at support@techwithswag.com. We may be able to update the address before production or shipping begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment.
If a package is returned because the address was incomplete, incorrect, or the package was not claimed, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.
Delivery Delays
Carrier delays can occasionally occur after an order ships. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, contact us at support@techwithswag.com with your order number.
Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, contact us at support@techwithswag.com as soon as possible.
Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will review the tracking information and work with our fulfillment provider to resolve the issue.
